Blake is a busy professional who doesn’t have time to cook or [do much else] during the week so nourished meal prep is a lifesaver. at the same time, blake loves to eat out and even try a new recipe or two over the weekend.
here’s how to skip the weekend and start fresh with our meals on Mondays, just like Blake:
plan ahead! in order to start your Monday with our delicious meals, you’ll need to place an order for Friday delivery. the deadline to order meals for delivery on Friday is noon on Wednesday.
decide how many meals you’ll need for Monday and tuesday. If you want breakfast, lunch and dinner each day, thats 3 meals per day X 2 days = 6 meals.
then simply select your meals for Monday and tuesday from our menu then checkout. make sure you order before noon on Wednesday so you can choose Friday as your delivery date.
it’s now Friday and your delivery has arrived. all you have to do is store your meals in the refrigerator until you’re ready to eat on Monday!
in the meantime, you have to order meals for the rest of the week (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday). that means you’ll need to place an order for tuesday delivery. the deadline to order meals for delivery on tuesday is noon on Sunday.

our handy dandy calendar at checkout allows you to schedule orders up to 2 months in advance. if you are ordering twice per week, we highly recommend placing both orders on the same day so you don’t forget to reorder mid-week!

then choose your meals, add to cart and select Tuesday as your delivery day from our calendar at checkout. make sure you order before noon on Sunday to ensure a Tuesday delivery.
repeat this process weekly so that you have fresh, delicious meals at your fingertips each weekday!
Taylor loves structure. sometimes every meal is planned down to the last calorie. other times, Taylor is glad to have meals on hand after a tough workout, long night out or overtime at work.
this is how to ensure you’ll have NMP for breakfast, lunch and dinner, 7 days per week, like Taylor does:
you can start with either of our delivery dates but lets go with tuesday for this example.
for Tuesday delivery, decide how many meals you’ll need for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. if you want breakfast, lunch and dinner, thats 3 meals per day X 3 days = 9 meals.
place your order for tuesday delivery by noon on Sunday. remember to select tuesday from our calendar at checkout.
order again by Wednesday at noon for Friday delivery by deciding how many meals you’ll need for Saturday, Sunday, Monday and tuesday.
if you want breakfast, lunch and dinner each day, thats 3 meals per day X 4 days = 12 meals.
repeat this process by ordering by noon on Sunday and by noon on Wednesday so that you’ll have a constant flow of fresh meals every day of the week.
